There is a lot of talk about the legalization of poker in the United States. One of the bill’s allows for states to opt out, currently 12 states have on the books laws against playing poker online. The question becomes enforcement obviously. With this new bill though it would seem that states do not benefit, so the may likely opt out, if they don’t opt out they will likely pimp us for more taxes. So the rake will go up.
