LSU is the most talented team in the country in my opinion but you can’t be the best team and barely beat Ole Miss.  So was the fate of LSU, as individual talents they were special.  The funny thing is that the best LSU football team I have ever seen was last years team.  A similar fate is befalling USC, who is coming on really strong.  Anyway, I have never really thought highly of Les Miles’ coaching ability and I hope he goes to his dream job and LSU can get a coach that doesn’t make silly mistakes.

The funny thing is though that I feel a sense of relief, every week was a 3 point game against teams they should have beaten by 20.  They will likely beat Tennessee because there is no pressure on them.  Some teams respond to pressure, this years team did offensively but the defense never did.
